Q:How much will your service cost?
A:Every service is unique. Therefore, we offer free estimate that will be given to you once we fully understand the service you require. Also, and if required, our technicians will stop by your location, asses the required work and give you a quote which you may decline before the work started. Please keep in mind that once a technician arrived to your location, $15 service call fees are not refundable.
Q:How can I tell if I am in your service area?
A:In general, we service greater Atlanta and may service north as far as lake Lanier. We are available 24/7 via phone or email. If in doubt, give us a call and we will let you know if we can service you immediately.
Q:Do you require customers to schedule an appointment?
A:Scheduling will ensure we will be available in the time that works best for you. However, we are 24/7 emergency service and you may schedule an appointment at anytime and expect and ASAP service from us.
